1. Pricing & Currency
All prices shown on Zener Shop are quoted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳) and are inclusive of local sales taxes where applicable. Shipping costs and custom site assessment fees are computed at checkout or on WhatsApp based on geographic distance from our showroom in Nobabpur, Dhaka.
2. Product Guarantees & Warranties
Zener acts as an authorized importer and distributor. Warranties (e.g. 25-year panel performance, 2-year battery backup, or 1-year inverter support) are serviced directly by the manufacturer's local representative or our specialized laboratory in Dhaka. Physical physical damage, voltage surges, lightning, or unauthorized self-installation is not covered under free repair warranties.
3. Shipping & Delivery Limits
Same-day delivery is restricted to Dhaka Metropolitan areas for orders placed before 1:00 PM. Outside Dhaka, shipping is carried out via partner parcel services (SA Paribahan, Sundarban, Pathao) with typical delivery times ranging from 2 to 4 business days. Customers are requested to inspect the package upon collection and report any transit damage immediately.
4. 7-Day Refund & Return Policy
We offer a 7-day hassle-free returns policy for unused, uninstalled items in original boxed packaging. Customers must provide the original receipt or cash memo. Return shipment costs are borne by the customer unless the product is physically damaged/incorrect upon delivery.
